You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive Services on your own behalf. Services for a minor must be arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian. 2. Nature of Our Services

Vital Drip Co. provides mobile intravenous (IV) hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness services administered by licensed medical professionals under physician supervision, at private residences, workplaces, corporate wellness events, fitness studios, and partner locations. Our Services are intended to support general wellness and hydration and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from your primary physician or emergency medical services. 3. Screening, Consent & Right to Refuse

All clients complete a health intake and screening before treatment. Services are provided only after informed consent and clinical eligibility are confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any treatment if, in our professional judgment, it is not appropriate or safe for you.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform (Jane) or by contacting us directly.
• Please provide accurate location and access information for mobile visits.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices for Services are listed on our website or provided at the time of booking and may change without notice. Payment is due as described at booking or before treatment and is processed through our third-party providers, Jane and PayPal, whose terms also apply. Because our Services are self-pay, you may be entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the federal No Surprises Act.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by or licensed to Vital Drip Co LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
